KDR Leave

Terms of Service

Placeholder. Set out what KDR Leave is, what you may and may not do with it, and what is promised — which, for most small services, is honestly not very much.

Who runs this

Say whether this is a company or an individual. It changes what people can reasonably expect, and being straight about it up front is better than being discovered later.

Your account

Accounts are created by an administrator and are for one person. There is no password: you sign in with a link emailed to your address, so keeping that mailbox secure is what keeps your account secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

Acceptable use

Whatever the app lets people store or share, name the obvious limits: nothing illegal, nothing that infringes someone else’s rights, no attempts to break or overload the service.

What you contribute

If users can add data that other users see, state who owns it and what happens to it when they leave. Answer that BEFORE anyone asks — it is the clause most often missing, and the one that matters most when an account is deleted.

Availability

The service is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime, and may change or end at any time. Export your data if you would miss it.

Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time from Account Management, which removes it and its data immediately and permanently.
